Super Junior Kim Kibum Spotted Filming for Chinese Drama, 'Upgraded Image'

Super Junior member Kim Kibum was spotted filming for a Chinese drama.

It was revealed to be the filming for the Chinese drama, "Lucky Tempo," which they 'cranked-in' on May 1.

The studio's official weibo released photos from the drama filming site and gained attention.

Kibum was seen with a much darker skin tone and was seen wearing the official attire and hairstyle for this historical drama.

His usual cute and young image seemed to disappear as he showed off his rough and manly charisma.

Internet users commented, "He looks cute even when he is serious" and "Why did he get so tan?"

Kim Kibum has been playing a role in this drama as well as another drama, "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils."

Kim Kibum debuted on TV in 2004 before being casts into Super Junior in 2005.

Kibum has not been apart of any Super Junior activities after the group's third album.

Although he does not perform with the group, he is still a part of the group.

In 2010, he announced that he would not be participating in any Super Junior activities as he will be focusing most of his time on acting.
