After Apple's developer site was hacked on July 18, the tech firm immediately took down the site to fix the system and make sure no personal data of the members will be compromised. Because of this Apple developers were not able to get iOS beta 4 download, which was anticipated to arrive on July 22.

Less than a week after the security threat, some of the features of the website went up and running again but the pages for its developer center, especially the iOS dev center was still currently in development.

However, today, if you will visit the site, the page for the iOS dev center is now online and this means that the release of iOS beta 4 download is already near. Some are saying that iOS 7 beta 4 will be available to download by next week.

More interestingly, Phones Review provided a specific iOS 7 beta 4 download release date saying that it may be this coming Monday, July 29. If Apple will follow its traditional rollout, it would be safe to expect that the launching of iOS 7 beta 4 download will be at exactly 10 AM PDT on Monday. The previous iOS 7 beta versions were consistently released on a Monday, so it would not be a surprise at all for the developers to have the iOS 7 beta 4 as early as July 29.

Apple earlier posted a timetable of the processes they need to do to fully get its developer site up and running strong once again. It stated that the iOS 7 beta 4 would be available to download after software downloads were reinstated as well as the Certificates, Identifiers and other services.

Looking at the screenshot below, it shows that most of the developer's site features and services are already online and other system processes were already completed. This only means that developers and Apple enthusiasts are now only inches closer to the release of iOS 7 beta 4 download.
