DJ Khaled Proposes To Nicki Minaj [VIDEO] 'I Want To Marry Her, I Was Serious' He Says About Fellow Cash Money Artist

DJ Khaled proposes to Nicki Minaj and said he was serious about his proposal last week and continued to talk about it after it aired on MTV News.

"I want to marry her! I was serious," DJ Khaled told Us Weekly about his proposal to Nicki Minaj. "She can take her time and think about it. At least she knows how I feel now."

The video became a mainstay in the trending world because of the uniqueness of what aired on MTV News. It showed a side of the producer of Drake's "No New Friends" single when he aired a video whipping out $500,000 engagement ring intended for Nicki Minaj.

"Nicki Minaj, I'm at MTV. I love you. I like you. I want you. I want you to be mine. I'm here at MTV because it's a worldwide network," as DJ Khaled proposes on MTV News last week.

The popstar and "Pink Friday" singer has yet to comment publicly on the proposal even though there was a report that she was rocking a new ring on her finger a few days ago.

Both are a part of Lil Wayne's Cash Money record label. At the end of the video, Khaled presents the 10 karat diamond ring from Rafaello & Co. and said, "Will you marry me?"

Khaled is getting ready for his seventh album to drop on Sept. 24.

"If you have to take your time and think about it, I overstand. But I know I have to be here today to let you know how serious I am and how serious this is to me. I want to let your fans know, my fans know, my family, your family, that I want to marry you."
