Christina Aguilera Weight Loss is showing and everyone's talking about it! Christina Aguilera's Diet Plan has been very successful, and a source shared her diet secrets.
Christina Aguilera showed off her new weight loss body at a recent event for The Voice, the talent show which she judges. Other Voice colleagues include Adam Levine, singer of Maroon 5.
A source told US Weekly that Christina was inspired to lose weight by the "haters", including Kelly Osbourne, who criticized her weight: "A lot of people were on her about her weight and it depressed her. She went through a bad time because of the criticism."
"She's been working hard - she wants to lose a bit more, but she feels great. It's more of a mind-body thing for her. She believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to intense cardio."
Strength work can increase the amount of muscle that one has and thereby increase metabolism. Strength exercises can include weight lifting, but Christina Aguilera has yet to reveal her exercise plan.
Perez Hilton and others are claiming that Aguilera lost her weight using a meal delivery service. A sample menu delivered by the food delivery service is: Pumpkin-apple quinoa oatmeal in the morning, a chopped grilled steak salad with roasted tomatoes for lunch, and a dinner of grilled ahi tuna with sweet potatoes and cauliflower, with apple-cinnamon cheesecake for dessert.
A menu like that would make it easy and tasty to lose weight! However, according to a source for Gossip Cop, these claims are not true: "While Christina is eating well and looks amazing, she has never ordered from any food delivery service."
Christina Aguilera most recently released the album Lotus. She became famous when she was young for her self-titled debut album Christina Aguilera. Songs such as Beautiful describe her attitude towards outward appearance: "I am beautiful, in every single way/Words can't bring me down."
