Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber relationship rumors are flaring after the couple was spotted kissing at her 21st birthday party, but new information reveals they are not back together.

"Selena invited him," a source told Us Weekly. "It was sweet that he came. They are just friends, but it goes back and forth."

The recently revealed information leaves fans wondering whether the couple will ever get back together following their breakup.

The "Heartbreaker" singer flew out across the country for Selena Gomez's big day and joined her along with her closest friends.

"She was all over him," an insider told Hollywood Life.

"They were definitely touchy-feely and shared some kisses and back rubbing."

The source also claims Selena Gomez eventually got sick at the party - from possibly having too many drinks - and that Justin Bieber took care of her throughout the rest of the event.

The "Come and Get It" singer even got in a car and left with him at 2 a.m.

"Once people didn't really give him any crap and saw that he was being helpful the PDA got more intense," the source told Hollywood Life.
