Contest Offers Kdrama Prize: A Date With Kwon Hyun Sang

If your kdrama dreams include dating actor Kwon Hyun Sang and you happen to live in the LA metro area, the odds of your spending quality time with him just improved.

DramaFever is sponsoring a contest in which one of the prizes is a dinner date with the young star of "Vampire Prosecutor 2," "Queen of Ambition," "King 2 Hearts" and director Jae Soh, who directed Kwon in his new film, the zombie coming-of-age story, "Let Me Out." It's the first Korean independent film to be released in the U.S. and Korea on the same day and the young star will attend both premieres. The film opens on Aug. 16 at LA's Downtown Independent Theater.

In the film, Kwon plays a haughty film student who works in a convenience store. He gets the chance to make his first film and decides on a romantic zombie film, so he can work with the girl he likes, played by Park Hee Bon. Everything goes wrong until he learns the importance of asking others for help.

Kwon Hyun Sang won "Best Villain" in last year's DramaFever awards for his role in "Vampire Prosecutor 2." When it came time to publicize the film, the production company decided to reach out to DramaFever to help promote the event with some fun prizes.
