JYJ's XIA Junsu is Incredible at Seoul 2nd World Tour Solo Concert! 'World Class Yet Down-to-Earth'

JYJ's Junsu, also known as a solo artist by the name, XIA, successfully completes the second of his Seoul stops for his second Asia tour on August 4^th with overwhelming support from his fans.

From the start of the concert, it is apparent that Junsu has designed his solo concert so that he is able to interact with his audience, a concert that was both exciting and heartwarming for the fans.

XIA opens the stage with one of his hit songs, Tarantallegra, getting the fans to immediately wave their lightsticks along. The opening stage sets the tone for the rest of the concert, complete with a powerful dance and revealing outfit that had the fans screaming in delight. XIA then moves on to No Gain, which also showcases his powerful vocals while dancing a strenuous choreography.

XIA then slows down the pace of the concert with a cute VCR followed by a cute song, I’m Confessing Now (나 지금 고백한다), sure to melt the fans’ hearts with his romantic stage and pink outfit. Not giving the fans a chance to catch their breaths, he then continues with a sexy song, Chocolate Girl, enticing a hot response from the audience. XIA then greets the fans, thanking them for their continuous support and asking them to have fun and create legend together with him.

Following up the heartwarming words, he shows off his strong vocals with a ballad song, Rainy Eyes, leaving the fans in awe with his perfect high notes that were mesmerizing throughout. Keeping up the mellow mood, he sang another touching ballad song, Foolish Heart (바보가슴).

Teasing the fans with another VCR, XIA comes back on stage with No Reason, stirring up the fans with female dancers and stage tricks. He then impresses further with the fans’ favorite, Uncommitted, singing in English flawlessly on a grand looking stage complete with visual effects.

After the series of sweet songs, XIA changes it up by bringing out a DJ to hype up the fans and get them dancing to the strong beats of Turn It Up, and giving his back up dancers a chance to also show off their skills in a dance break. As soon as the next track, Fantasy, starts, the fans hold up “You are my fantasy” signs that they have prepared beforehand, which put a smile on XIA’s face throughout the song. He then returns the favor by putting a smile on fans’ faces with his next song, Isn’t This Song Funny (이 노래 웃기지), after which he moves to an extended stage, letting all the fans see him up close.

After a fun time interacting with fans, he grabs their attention again with a powerful accapella song, 11AM (11ì‹œ ê·¸ ì ë‹¹í•¨) that fully showcases his clear vocals. The next song is a familiar song from hit drama The Innocent Man OST, Love Is Like Snow (사랑은 ëˆˆê½ƒì²˜ëŸ¼), even bringing some to tears. XIA then brightens up the mood with a sweet love song, I’m In Love (사랑하나봐), delivering roses to fans around the stadium from above. He then continues with another ballad song, Don’t Go (가지마), which suits his voice perfectly.

Declaring that the next song is for his older female fans, he sings You’re My Girl (ë‚´ 여자라니까), pleasing the noona fans.

Ending the concert with an energetic song, Incredible, he got all the fans to stand up and jump along, causing the whole stadium to shake. But of course, the fans wouldn’t leave without an encore, so XIA jumps back on stage with an upbeat song, Fever, and once again got the fans back on their feet and dancing with no signs of stopping. After thanking fans again, he sang his last song, Sorry (미안), and exited the stage.

XIA really proved his abilities as an artist with his solo concert, putting on an incredible show from start to finish and interacting with fans as much as he could, really making the audience feel involved. XIA also promises that when he can finally go on TV programs again, he will not forget to thank the fans for their continuous support.
