Girl’s Day Sojin Records Deux’s ‘In the Summer’ for 20th Anniversary Tribute Project

Girl's Day lead vocalist Sojin participated in Deux's 20 year anniversary tribute album project.

According to her agency, Deux's 20 year anniversary tribute album first project song 'In the Summer' was released on music sites.  Sojin rerecorded Deux's song 'In the Summer.'

Even though it's a twenty year old song (originally released in 1994), 'In the Summer' is still a popular summer song that is played in any places during hot summer days.

The song is presented differently with Sojin's refreshing and sweet voice, giving it a completely different feel from the original song.

Sojin said it was an honor to record this tribute album song because she had frequently listened to 'In the Summer' growing up. She also expressed her gratitude toward Lee Hyun Do, who gave her the opportunity to participate in making this 20 year anniversary tribute album.

Girl's Day has been busy with their own summer song 'Please Tell Me.'
