Girls' Generation Tops Japan Tower Records Reservations Charts with Upcoming Single

Girl group Girls' Generation's popularity in Japan could once again be seen through album reservation charts.

Girls' Generation's new Japan single, Galaxy Supernova, which will be released on September 18, was ranked number 1 on the Japan Tower Records album reservations charts. 

On the same day, their second Japan tour, 'Girls' Generation Girls&Peace DVD' was also ranked number 2 and 3 on the same chart.

With Girls' Generation taking over the 1-3 spots on the charts, it proved their continuous popularity in Japan.

This new single is their first comeback in 3 months. A Japan original song, "Do the Catwalk" will also  be included in this single. This new single is special as it will be releasing near thier 3 year Japanese debut anniversary which is on September 8.

Girls' Generation has had a continuous winning streak on Japan charts since their "Gee" and "Mr. Taxi" times and has shown how successful they have become in Japan.
