Singing The Praises Of Karaoke Scenes

In kdramas, singing off key at a noraebang or with a karaoke machine at home is often a great way to break the ice or to let off steam. There are so many wonderful karaoke scenes that it's hard to narrow them down to just a few. Here are some favorites.

The most heartbreaking karaoke scene award goes to Park Yoo Chun in "Missing You." The detective he plays uses karaoke to help him forget his lost true love, played by Yoon Eun Hye.

The scenes are sad and yet funny at the same time because the character can't sing, when any JYJ fan knows that in real life, Yoochun has a great voice. He's pretty comical when he pretends he is tone deaf.

Fellow JYJ member Kim Jae Joong also has a karaoke scene in "Protect The Boss," winning a karaoke battle with actress Wang Ji Hye. In this scene, Wang is being funny, hamming it up to a Baek Ji Young song. But Jaejoong can really sing and he aces a song by Sung Shi Kyung to win their battle.
