Kim Jang Hoon Flies to Japan for the First Time in 15 Years

Singer Kim Jang Hoon, aka "Dokdo Island Protector" left for Japan.

August 16, Kim Jang Hoon's entertainment agency revealed that he left for Japan. They explained that Kim Jang Hoon is visiting Japan for a meeting with Japanese group LUV's producer and representatives of Google Japan and YouTube regarding a concert in Tokyo as a promotional event for world peace.

It is the first time Kim Jang Hoon set a foot in Japan in 15 years.

Kim Jang Hoon commented, "I want to meet great producers and perform in Tokyo. Even if there isn't a huge meaning behind it, I want to make a memory of it. Just like the way I was able to create a harmony with the Japanese group at the DMZ World Peace Concert, I believe we can continue the same way with our friendship."

Meanwhile, Kim Jang Hoon will leave to the United States as soon as his meeting ends to continue his tour in the Americas.
