SISTAR Bora’s Nighttime Exercise

On August 15th, Korean Independence Day, SISTAR member Bora was spotted nighttime exercising with her manager. She was power walking and doing basic gymnastics - she really stood out from the crowd.

For anyone who wants a good figure like Bora, try following these steps.

Step 1. Power Walking

This is elementary to all sports. Bora started with power walking, and one could tell that she was a rather experienced power walker. She straightened out her back and moved her arms back and forth, keeping a fast pace. She paced herself by counting "one, two" to her steps.

Bora has an amazing figure. She has a toned body, and her arm exercises didn't reveal any bulges. Her legs were also very toned and long. Her gorgeous figure was visible even through her casual training clothes and shoes.

Step 2. Lower Body Exercises

After warming up with power walking, Bora began her routine exercise. She used the equipment installed in the exercising area of the Han River. She chose to exercise her lower body. She put one leg on the bar and reached her arms toward that leg.

Then she bent her upper body down toward the legs until her chest touched her thighs. She was really flexible. Her face didn't show any signs of strain. This must be the secret to her well-figured thighs.

Step 3. Upper Body Exercises

Then she moved on to upper body exercise. She used a machine usually referred to as "the Surf Rider". It uses the strength of your abdomen to raise your legs side to side. Bora's PE grades must've been A+. Her legs are raised side to side in an almost 90 degree angle.

She also had a little contest with her manager on the machine, and guest what....Bora won - by a lot. It looked easy but I guess it's pretty tough. Bora did about 100 or 200 without breaking a sweat, but the manager started to breathe heavily after a few rounds, finally giving up before Bora even really got started.

After her victory, Bora took off her cap to tie her hair and exposed her make-up-less face. She was 100% without any makeup. There seemed to be no BB cream, no eyeliner, nothing. Her face didn't even any spots or pimples, and her facial features were very clearly visible.

Step 4. Strength Exercises

The last course of the night was the exercise bars. Bora held her body up by lifting herself over the two bars like a gymnast. She didn't seem to be having too hard of a time at this either - she was playing around, waving her legs left and right.

Idol groups like SISTAR are always so busy, especially during their comeback preparation. It's always practice, TV appearance, practice, TV appearance - they have no time at all for personal exercise. My guess is that this is how SISTAR keeps their health and beauty in the midst of their chaotic schedule; they are really disciplined and use their personal time for these kinds of extracurricular exercises.

SISTAR is set to have a 'SISTARLive Concert S' on October 12th. It's their second concert since September of last year. You can look forward to seeing their efforts pay off on stage this coming October.
