4J Studios announced that the creation of its Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition TU13 update won't take as long as it took TU12 to be released, the International Business Times reports.

"We're discussing TU 13 at the moment--it will be a Bug Fix Update," 4J Studios mentioned in a recent Twitter post.

Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition's TU12 update made headlines for the amount of bugs and glitches that were discovered by gamers around the world.

And a spokesperson from 4J Studios has revealed that the upcoming TU13 patch for Minecraft Xbox 360 would double the speed of mine carts, teasing that players would be able to create and ride more roller coasters as a result, Examiner.com reports.

During an exchange through Twitter on Sept. 9, a fan asked the studio if there was a way to increase rail speed without causing the video game to lag, Examiner.com also reports.

"We'll be changing the minecart speeds to twice the current speed in TU13. MOAR Rollercoasters!" 4J Studios revealed.

4J Studios' Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition' can now handle in-game texture packs thanks to system support that was added inside Title Update 12, Examiner.com reports.

They have also announced their desire to bring the many existing texture packs found on the PC version of Minecraft over to the Xbox 360 edition now that the console title can support their application, Examiner.com also reports.
