Sony Xperia Z Ultra Release Date: Flagship Handset Will Be Launched In Canada This October, Will Only Be Available In Black

Sony Xperia Z UItra release date is something that is way overdue for those in Canada considering that North Americans can never get enough of large devices.

According to Mobile Syrup, despite the fact that there have been many other devices coming out of the Sony camp after the Xperia Z Ultra, Sony has announced that they will be officially launching the phablet (combination of smartphone and tablet) in Canada come this October for their high-end consumers.
According to Mobile Syrup however, the Canadians should expect the Sony Xperia Z Ultra to only be available in black. There may be more colors sooner further down the line but the current reportings only cite black for the launch.

Other international markets have already had their chance to try out the Sony Xperia Z and according to Mobile Syrup, has had glowing reviews for the flagship handset. Despite going against Samsung’s midrange Galaxy Mega and flagship Note series, Sony made its presence felt in many countries with the Xperia Z.

From the press photos that Mobile Syrup has seen, the device will be coming at a slim 6.5mm thickness and a 6.4 inch display that is 1080p Triluminous. It will bear a Snapdragon 800 processor with 2 Gigs of RAM and an 8MP camera.
