Samsung Galaxy S5 Camera Specs: Features Like Massive Megapixels and Optical Image Stabilization Will Make Rumored Device A Game Changer

Samsung Galaxy S5 camera is expected to be a game changer according to Thefullsignal.com (TFS). The specs are already rumored to be spreading around tech blogs and device consumers are expecting it to have a more-improved camera in comparison to the Samsung Galaxy S4 for amazing photography.

The Electronic Times News from South Korea reported that the Galaxy S5 will have a 16MP camera sensor which is nothing like we have seen yet. The sensor which TFS says is still in development and will only be tried out at the end of the year is said to have optical image stabilization. If this is true, it will be the first smartphone on the market to test these waters.

TFS further states that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will run on a multi-core Exynos CPU with a back-up 2 Gigs of RAM. It would have a new improved super-fast GPU and Samsung’s usual 1080p display. When it comes to the software, tech buffs at TFS claim that this will be the first device we can expect to see running Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.

As for the design, TFS reports a more aluminum oriented style instead of the plastic we see in the S3. This is purportedly to compete with the likes of the iPhone and the HTC which consumers preferred the feel in comparison to that of the S4.

Sources at TFS stated that the optical image stabilization was supposed to first feature in the Note 3 but the development took way longer than was projected. The Note 3 will therefore release with the same shooter that we have in the S4. We should therefore expect to start seeing the camera sensor in the South Korean manufacturer’s mobile devices early 2014.
