Dwayne Johnson Movies List Soon To Include 'The Fall Guy;' The Rock To Be In 'Hercules: The Thracian Wars' And 'Fast And Furious 7' With Vin Diesel
Dwayne Johnson will be "The Fall Guy"!

The news came after much speculation that negotiations were being done for a movie version of the TV series. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the film will be featured on the big screen thanks to Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald along with Hyde Park Entertainment and WWE Films. The draft was penned by Zack Stentz and Ashley Edward Miller who did "Thor" and "X-Men: First Class". McG, according to the publication, is in talks to direct the movie.
The 80s TV series featured Lee Majors (The Six Million Dollar Man) as Colt Seavers, a stuntman who is also a bounty hunter. His skills in doing stunts become quite useful when he's out catching criminals and fugitives. The series was shown from 1981 to 1986; and had 113 episodes, with the pilot having two parts.
Other than "The Fall Guy," fans of the Scorpion King can also look forward to his other films currently in the works.
He reprises his role as Luke Hobbs in "Fast and Furious 7," to be released in July 11, 2014. He joins Vin Diesel who stars as Dominic Toretto and Jason Statham who will play Ian Shaw. The film also features Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson, Tony Jaa, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Djimon Hounsou. Kurt Russell and Ronda Rousey are rumoured to be joining the cast.
Johnson then portrays a demigod in "Hercules: The Thracian Wars" who, after much suffering, turned his back on the gods and finds satisfaction in combat. Joining him in the film are Ian McShane, Reece Ritchie, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Joseph Fiennes, and John Hurt. It is scheduled to be released on July 25, 2014.
His movies in 2013 include Snitch, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, Pan & Gain, Fast & Furious 6, and Empire State.
