Top Android Phones 2013: Purple Samsung Galaxy Mega Now Available

Apple unveiled its most awaite iPhone 5S last week, and most fans are thrilled with the new champagne gold color. HTC has also released a gold version of its HTC One smartphone. Now, as one of the top Android phones 2013, Samsung's Galaxy Mega will now be available in purple.

The guys at GSM Arena spotted the Plum Purple edition at Samsung Hong Kong website. While there are no announcements yet whether the variation will apply to all countries, the blog site says it is highly likely.

In case you want a refresher, the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a 6.3-inch screen with 720p resolution. It is a little disappointing in this area given the wide estate of display, but because model is intended for the midrange market, that may be accepted.

In addition, the phablet sports a 1.7Ghz dual core Krait processor, internal storage of 8GB or 16GB, and 1.5GB of RAM.

The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is currently available at AT&T in the United States.
