iPhone 5S Specs: Siri Officially Launches After 2-Year Beta Edition, Will Roll Out On Supported Apple Devices

If you own an iPhone 4s or a 5th generation iPod touch, you may have enjoyed your small interactions and coversations with 'Siri'. However, you may not be aware that the version is still in Beta until Wednesday. But on Thursday, Sept. 18, Siri will finally be included as an official edition in Apple's iPhone 5s specs sheet.

According to GSM Arena, Siri's final edition will come with the official iOS 7 update on chosen Apple devices. Some of the changes include a new simplified interface look, and an audio design which indicates that the application is operational.

In spite the changes, the requirements for running the Siri app remains the same for all the devices that support it. It is still supported by iPhone 4s or later, the iPad with Retina display, the iPad mini, and the 5th generation iPod touch. Internet access as usual is still mandatory so Siri can do  'her thing' like helping you out on definitions, places, general information, and more.

Other additional features include a new service which provides answers to questions related to Twitter, Wikipedia or Bing. The final edition of your iPhone assistant can also help you control brightness, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth activation, and other tasks. Moreover, it now comes in both female and male voices, and in three languages - English, French and German.

So mark your calendars and let us all see what the final version of Siri brings to the table.
