Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Date: Delayed By Final World List? Director Admits Game Is Years Away From Development

Kingdom Hearts 3 director Tetsuya Nomura revealed that there are delays with the Final Word list and that it might take years for the game to fully develop, according to the Latin Times.

But the developer also revealed that the game will conclude the Dark Seeker saga and that characters and locations included in the final installment are still unclear.

Last week, the website also reported that producer Shinji Hashimoto confirmed the lack of production on the game  due to the focus on the development of Final Fantasy XV.

Some speculate that it seems unlikely for the developer to produce the game for next-generation consoles Playstation 4 and Xbox One earlier than 2015.

New reports have also suggested that Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV are not likely to arrive at the same time since both games are produced by the same director.

But Square Enix hosted a pre-launch event for the upcoming release of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMix at the Anaheim Marriott last week, leaving gamerswondering if the developer will now focus its energies on revealing Kingdom Hearts 3.
