The Wildest 'Grand Theft Auto 5' Cheats: How To Break The Rules In GTA 5 For Xbox 360 And PS3 To Get Money And Cars
"Grand Theft Auto 5," also titled "Grand Theft Auto V," releases today, and there are already cheats codes and achievements for the latest title in the GTA game franchise.
The Latin Times reports that 18 new cheat codes for "Grand Theft Auto 5" have been released by multiple websites, including world changes, player enhancements and modes and, most importantly, new cars and vehicles to spawn.
Players were also given the cheat to give players' characters a parachute, The Latin Times reports.
The website reports that today Reddit user highpixels posted a bunch of available cheats codes for "GTA V."
However, these are only for Xbox 360, but highpixels says that some are the same from GTA IV. So PS3 gamers should be able to use those, or figure out the conversion from the Xbox 360.
One important thing to remember: if you use cheats, you will not be able to earn achievements during the play session in which you used them.
IGN explains how to use the cheats for "Grand Theft Auto 5:" "You must enter the GTA 5 cheat codes on the gamepad, much like classic GTA games. Use the D-pad to enter the directional commands (LEFT, RIGHT etc.). These codes must be executed fairly quickly. A small confirmation will appear above the map. [1] Entering cheat codes disables Achievements and Trophies only for the current play session."
Also, unlike GTA 4, you can spawn more than one vehicle at a time.
