Zac Efron Quietly Completes Rehab Stint, Source Says That It’s Not For Alcohol Addiction But For Cocaine Addiction

Five months ago, Zac Efron had a short rehabilitation stay for alcohol abuse. However, the 'High School Musical' star seems to have a deeper problem. One source claims that as opposed to what others claim, the real reason for his rehabilitation stint is cocaine addiction.

According to an insider, Efron's struggle with drugs started when he was filming his upcoming flick 'Neighbors' wherein he plays the role of a fraternity president.

Efron was allegedly absent for a couple of days due to his problem. Apart from being a no-show to his filming commitment, reports have circulated about Efron's wild night in a hotel room: "We're told early this year, Zac and some friends went on a coke rager in a room at the Sky Lofts at the MGM Grand in Vegas and caused around $50,000 in damage. No word on who took care of the bill," claims the source.

Other sources told TMZ that the actor dabbled in Molly. Molly is one of the purest forms of Ecstasy which instantly became famous after several deaths of young people have been linked to it.

During the premiere of his movie 'Parkland' at the Toronto International Film Festival, Efron said that he was feeling good.

The teen heartthrob's reps have not yet spoken about the veracity of Efron's rehabilitation stint.
