'Alias' Star Jennifer Garner To Enter Into Male Strip Club Biz While Hubby Ben Affleck Prowl City In A Bat Suit?

"Alias" star Jennifer Garner just might return to television if plans for her upcoming project pushes through.  Fox, it is said, had put an order for the pilot of a new series, "The Whole Shebang."

Variety says, "Project centers on a newly single soccer mom who inherits a rundown male strip club.  She unexpectedly finds herself at the center of a dysfunctional, makeshift family that helps her take charge of her life."

The TV series will feature the 41-year old actress as the lead character; and the series will be produced by her own production outfit, Vandalia Films, in association with Warner Bros. TV.

"The Whole Shebang" is an hour-long drama; but there is no word yet on who will be in the series along with the award-winning actress.  The pilot episode will be written by Jason Micallef, who will also be its executive producer.  Micallef penned "Butter," a movie that also starred the mother of three.

In the meantime, Garner is in full support of hubby Ben Affleck donning the cape and the cowl.  In an interview with MTV, Mrs. Affleck said upon learning that Ben would be the Caped Crusader, "You know, I was excited for him.  I was excited because he had a real take on what he wanted to do, and you know, I have to say, my husband is a pretty great storyteller himself, and I'm excited to watch him do it."

The last time Ben was a superhero was back in 2003, in the movie "Daredevil". He played the role of lawyer Matt Murdock a.k.a Daredevil in the film, and together with him was none other than his then-future wife, Jen, who portrayed Elektra Natchios.

The two were also together in an earlier film, "Pearl Harbor," where Affleck played the lead role of First Lieutenant (later Captain) Rafe McCawley; while Garner was in the supporting cast as Nurse Sandra.
