Upcoming Blackberry Phones 2013: Manufacturer's New 5" Smartphone Announced, Comes With New Blackberry OS [VIDEO]

After weeks of rumors and speculations about upcoming Blackberry phones 2013, the Canadian manufacturer has finally unveiled its new smartphone, the Z30.

Yesterday, struggling Blackberry has announced that its new Blackberry phone will be available in several locations starting next week.

In its announcement, the company confirmed that the Z30 will feature a 5-inch screen with 1280x780 pixel Super AMOLED display, a 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, MicroSD support, NFC, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Blackberry version 10.2.

Recent news have confirmed that the Canada-based manufacturer is currently thinking of getting partners, and even selling the entire company as early as November. Howeve, industry observers say that the company may become more profitable in the future as a niche company, which means it should dispose all of its 'excess weight'.

The Z30 is certainly another step for Blackberry to win back its once loyal fanbase, but with the absence of its famed keyboard, it may not be able to do so.

According to TechnoBuffalo, the Blackberry Z30 will be available in the UK and the Middle East starting next week, while US may get it before holiday season begins.

Meanwhile, here's a video of the new smartphone:
