Jennifer Mee Hiccup Murderer Convicted [VIDEO]; Hiccuped 50 Times A Minute For Five Weeks Straight, Planned A Robbery That Ended In Murder;

Jennifer Mee Hiccup Murderer: Jennifer Mee, once known for hiccuping 50 times a minute for 5 weeks straight, is now known for first degree murder.  Jennifer Mee, Hiccup Murderer, was found guilty after four hours of deliberations in Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court; Judge Nancy Moat Ley gave her the mandatory minimum sentence of life without the possibility of parole.
"It's a victory, but there are no winners," said Doug Bolden, cousin of the Shannon Griffin, the victim of hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee.

Rachel Robidoux, mother of the hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee, had no comment.
The crime occured in 2010.  Hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee was arrested along with two roommates.  While she did not fire the shots that killed Griffin, hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee "set everything up" for a robbery in which Griffin was accidentally killed.
Hiccup Murderer Jennifer Mee said those words herself to her mom on a phone call from Pinellas County Jail: "Because I set everything up.  It all went wrong, Mom. It just went downhill."
Because of those words, Prosecutor Olney said that hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee was "our star witness".
Under Florida law, if someone participates in a robbery and someone is killed as a result, they are just as guilty of murder as if they pulled a trigger.
Hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee's fingerprint was found on Griffin's driver's license.
Hiccup Murderer Jennifer Mee's Defense attorney John Trevena said prosecutors were misinterpreting the words of "a frightened young girl."

In her first interview with police, hiccup murderer Jennifer Mee claimed her roommate Laron Raiford killed Griffin because he thought there was a love triangle involving his girlfriend and Griffin.

Defense Attorney Trevena said this account was backed up by other evidence. The was a condom wrapper with Raiford's DNA was found at the scene, and Griffin's pants were pulled down. Before going out, Griffin had told a relative he was going out on a date, and put on cologne.

Prosecutor Olney said: "Jennifer Mee participated and she participated in this fashion. . . . She was the bait that lured Shannon Griffin to a back alley that was dark where two of her cohorts waited. And that is why Shannon Griffin is not with us any longer."


Of her roommates, Raiford has been convicted of murder in the case and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Newton is awaiting trial.
