We learned a lot about Lady Gaga's new album ARTPOP from her impromptu Twitter Question and Answer session with her Little Monster fans.
Lady Gaga tweeted: "ARTPOP is a psychedelic-pop journey, an album trip that represents my love of popmusic while exploding and pushing its 'artificial' limits"
Regarding the choice of a new single, Lady Gaga tweeted: "theres a lot of choices @L00pyGagaloo i want to choose something thats totally ME! for me its about choosing the best song."
The new single from Lady Gaga might not be Swine as previously thought - a new song we heard debuted at iTunes fest. The new single from ARTPOP after Applause could be something that Little Monsters haven't heard yet, and it will debut before the ARTPOP album release date, according to Lady Gaga: "THERES IS CHANCE YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THE NEXT SINGLE"
The Lady Gaga ARTPOP album cover is coming soon even though we might have to wait for the single: "The album cover is still being perfected and will come out sometime in the next two weeks! *im not allowed to tell you exactly when yet*
Lady Gaga also talked a lot about her new single Applause recently on Twitter: "'Applause' is a very meaningful song to me, because it addresses what many think of 'celebrities' today, that we 'do it' for the attention."
"But some of us are 'artists' in this group called 'celebrity,' & what we create doesn't live on unless theres an audience to remember it."
"So I may need your attention at first, so I can sing you my song. But its the 'Applause' after that let me know if I've entertained you."
"Entertainment makes people happy, I live for the 'Applause,' to know I've spread that. I live to hear you cheer, to just be a part of that."
"I believe in show business. The 'Applause' is what breeds that thing that I love. When I know i've made you happy. When I know it was good."
