Girls' Generation Japan Tour DVD Tops Japan Oricon Charts

Group Girls' Generation's Japan tour DVD has ranked number 1 on Japan Oricon charts.

On September 18, the group released their 'Girls' Generation-Girls & Peace-Japan 2nd Tour' DVD and was ranked number 1 on the Oricon Charts today.

They have been ranking number 1 on the DVD charts for 4 days excluding the 2 days they were at the number 2 spot.

This DVD contains footage from their Japan tour back in February. They traveled to 7 cities in Japan for a total of 20 performances. They met with 200,000 fans and had a great time interacting with their fans.

The group also recently released their 8th Japan single, Galaxy Supernova, and ranked number 4 on the daily single chart on the day of its release and quickly ranked number 1 in just 2 days.

On the other hand, the group left for their Japan promotions on September 18.
