Jung Joon Young Reveals Album Tracklist Through Graffiti Mural

Former Superstar K4 contestant Jung Joon Young is well on his way to becoming a household name as far as K-pop rockstars are concerned. His first official debut single "Spotless Mind" dropped on October 1 and it has already had a huge impact on the music charts in South Korea.

The single was released as a precursor to his highly anticipated upcoming album.

Since his appearance on the hit reality TV singing competition, Jung Joon Young has appeared in a wide variety of media hotspots as a model, radio host, and TV personality.

With charm and good looks, the rock singer is a natural in the spotlight, but as music is his true calling in life, he is now making great strides in getting his career off the ground - and he has a very unique way of promoting himself.

The singer was recently spotted in the Hongdae, a hip university area of Seoul recognized for its fun nightlife, diverse street performers, and incredible street art, painting a graffiti mural along with a group of local art students.

The colorful public art notifies passersby of the release date for his forthcoming album and also reveals the tracklist.

Jung Joon Young worked along with the art students to create the beautiful self promotion and helped prepare the wall and paint the background.

The singer reportedly attempted to draw the guitar in the mural himself, but after some joking around about the looks of it, the image was ultimately redrawn by the students.

His agency, CJ E&M, released a statement regarding the new album touting Jung Joon Young's colorful and vibrant sound quality.

"The sound quality was the focus of this album which will showcase his thoughts on the sound of his music. Rather than give a feeling of a mechanic sound, we teamed up with some of the best engineers in the studio to record a real sound that comes across as live music," explained CJ E&M.

"The core of this album is the new color of music that stems from the high quality sound and rock music."

It only seems appropriate then, that Jung Joon Young would choose such a colorful and creative method to advertise his music.
