Why Real Housewives Of New York City Turn Down 'Bethenny' Reunion [VIDEO CONFESSION] Paycheck Was 'Laughable' And 'Less Than Union Scale' Though Frankel Needs The Ratings

Real Housewives Of New York alum Alex McCord and Jill Zarin turn down Bethenny because of a 'laughable' paycheck. Producers at BEthenny asked teh Housewives to be on 'BEthenny' for  areunion show but the offer was 'Less Than Union Scale.'

Alex McCord tells the real reason behind turning down Real Housewives Of New York reunion show on 'Bethenny' and the real reason was money.  Why would Bethenny Frankel offer so little when she needs the RHONY reunion show for better ratings. 'Bethenny' is getting killed in teh ratings by Queen Latifah's talk show and the Real Housewives of New York reunion special would have been just what 'Bethenny' needed during crisis mode.

It was rumored that Bethenny was snubbed by her Real Housewives of New York alum cast mates Jill ZArin and Alex McCord to be guests on her talk show 'Bethenny' but the truth was her extremely low amount of money that producers offered her RHONY guests forcing the ladies to turn down the talk show.

After constant low ratings and the possibility of being cancelled, Bethenny Frankel had resorted to asking Jill Zarin and Alex McCord to be guests on her show but the RHONY ladies have refused her invitation. A Real Housewives of New York reunion was in talks for 'Bethenny' but now the RHONY special will most likely not take place after Alex and Jill have laughed at Bethenny's tiny paycheck.

Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin were once best friends but after Bethenny told the other Real Housewives Of New York not to film with her, which was most likely the reason Zarin was fired from the Housewives, and Zarin being jealous of the SkinnyGirl mogul for getting Bravo spinoff shows, their friendship has deceased and not amicably. Jill constantly tells interviewers her disdain for Bethenny but apparently her bitter feeling toward Bethenny did not factor into why she turned down the show.

A Bethenny Frankel insider reveals about the need to get the Housewives on her show, "Bethenny is feeling pressure from network executives because ratings from her talk show have been less than stellar. Both ladies turned down the invitation to appear on the talk show. She didn't want to invite Jill and Alex to come on, but she really needs a ratings boost, and thought having them come on would generate a ton of publicity. Bethenny was stunned that they both said no, she really thought they would agree to come on the show. Bethenny's bosses suggested she call Jill and Alex personally, but she absolutely refused."

Why didn't Bethenny offer them more money? The episode would have gotten so many loyal RHONY viewers!

Bethenny did find a friend in Martha Stewart who was a guest on 'Bethenny.'  Martha went on 'Bethenny' to give Frankel some advice about divorce and, not surprisingly, sides with the talk show host after her own public divorce.

Martha Stewart's support could be very helpful for Bethenny. Frankel's divorce has been very dramatic. Her and Hoppy still share an apartment that Jason wants her staff out of, he records Bethenny to gain the upper hand in custody battles, and Bethenny talks down to Jason in front of daughter Bryn.

So after all of Bethenny Frankel's hardship in divorce, it's good to have a confidant like Martha Stewart on your side since Stewart has had a public, messy divorce as well. On 'Bethenny' Stewart said about divorce: "It's a horrible thing to go through a divorce. Unfortunately, it wasn't a compromise. It was his choice, by the way, not mine. The best thing to do is think of your partner as a piece of you-know-what. It's over and get on with your life."

Wonder what 'Bethenny' offered Martha to be on the show. Definitely not union pay!
