Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Verizon Release Date Is This Week; Price Details And Promotions For AT&T, Sprint

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date is here for some carriers, but those who want the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon will have to wait a few days for the Verizon release date later this week, on Thursday.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, Verizon plans to ship the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 out by October 10th, which is just two days away.

However, this Verizon release date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes almost a week later than other major US carriers. For example, T-Mobile released the Note 3 earlier last week, and AT&T and Sprint have made the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear available to their customers last Friday.

Currently, both the Jet Black and Classic White color options are available at AT&T and Sprint.

The AT&T Galaxy Note 3 sells for 299.99 with a two-year contract and $549.99 with one-year contract. Customers can also pay for the AT&T Galaxy Note 3 in 20 monthly payments of $35 under the AT&T Next program or at full price for $724.99, IB Times reports.

The price of the Galaxy Note 3 for Sprint is $349.99 with a two-year contract; however, new customers bringing their number to Sprint will get a limited time $100 discount, which will cut the price to $249.99, according to IB Times. Customers can also pay for the Sprint Galaxy Note 3 at full price for $699.99.

IB Times also notes that both AT&T and Sprint also have a special promotion of $200 off the price of a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet or $150 off the price of a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet, a discount which will be deducted automatically at purchase. The limited-time offer ends Nov. 19.

According to Android Police, the Galaxy Note 3 has a Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB in RAM, 32GB of storage, and a large 5.7" display. The Note 3 has 1080p panels, and comes with the S-Pen and Samsung's customized software, Android Police notes. The Note 3 also has a 13MP rear camera.
