Michele Bachmann: We're Living in 'God's End Times' and It's All Because of Obama's Twitter Posts

Michele Bachmann believes we are living in "God's end times" and she lays the blame right on President Obama.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann points to President Obama's recent actions involving Syria as proof that we are living in "God's end times."

Speaking with host Jan Markell on the Christian radio program "Understanding the Times," Minnesota Republican Michele Bachmann said that President Obama "waived a ban on arming terrorists in order to allow weapons to go to the Syrian opposition."

Michele Bachmann was talking about Obama's decision to send anti-chemical weapons gear to Syrian opposition forces who were vetted beforehand. In spite of being vetted, Michele Bachman said "As of today, the United States is willingly, knowingly, intentionally sending arms to terrorists."

Michele Bachmann believes that is a sign of the end times, saying "Now, what this says to me... that the leaf is on the fig tree and we are to understand the signs of the end times, which is your ministry, we are to understand where we are in God's End Times history."

The religious congresswoman isn't worried about the world's end, though, Michelle Bachmann things that's a good thing and that "we need to rejoice."

Jan Markell agreed, saying "We're privileged to live [in these times]."

Michelle Bachmann isn't alone in the belief that the Syrian situation is a sign of The End Times. A poll by LifeWay Research found that about a third of Americans believe the statement, "I believe the battles in Syria are all part of the prophecies of the Book of Revelation."
