Keanu Reeves "47 Ronin" Trailer Finally Emerges, A Year Late: WATCH VIDEO HERE

The new Keanu Reeves "47 Ronin" trailer is out. The trailer shows Reaves fighting off a dragon for the new film.

The U.K. trailer was just released for the film, which stars Reeves as a half-Japanese, half-British samurai, Kai, leading a group of samurai to avenge the death of their master.

The film has been delayed in production and pushed back almost a year from its original release date last November. It's also cost a bucketload to make-as much as $225 million.

The film, 47 Ronin, will premiere on Dec. 25.

The film's website states, "After a treacherous warlord kills their master and banishes their kind, 47 leaderless samurai vow to seek vengeance and restore honor to their people. Driven from their homes and dispersed across the land, this band of Ronin must seek the help of Kai (Reeves)-a half-breed they once rejected-as they fight their way across a savage world of mythic beasts, shape-shifting witchcraft and wondrous terrors."

The film's website also adds, "As this exiled, enslaved outcast becomes their most deadly weapon, he will transform into the hero who inspires this band of outnumbered rebels to seize eternity."

Reeves is also slated to appear in "Man of Tai Chi," which he also directed.
