Rihanna Hit With Mallet And Chisel For Maori Tattoo As Chris Brown Reveals Rape Story As An 8-Year-Old

Rihanna and Chris Brown may be broken up, but they continue to vie for the spotlight with a new Maori tattoo and a story of rape.

Recently, Chris Brown revealed an interview with The Guardian about losing his virginity as an 8-year-old to a girl who was 14 or 15.

As Time Entertainment notes, the narrative of this Chris Brown story has changed from a typically critical tone to one of concern, with some signalizing that Chris Brown is in fact admitting to being raped.

Some are even redirecting their hatred towards Chris Brown over the Rihanna assault incident to drawing it as coming from a victim of rape.

Although Chris Brown has not directly responded to this sudden focus on the "Fine China" singer as a rape victim, his recent tweet on Twitter may have something to do with it.

And although Rihanna is not one to shy away from the limelight, Chris Brown's rape narrative may be overshadowing her recent Maori tattoo addition.

As reported by The Daily Mail, Rihanna has commemorated her recent trip to New Zealand with a tribal Maori tattoo using a chisel and mallet as opposed to the common needle machine.

"Moko Ink is the world's first Maori Tattoo Studio specializing in the contemporary use and creation of traditional Maori and Polynesian Tatu," says the video description of Rihanna getting the Maori tattoo.

"We make one off body art keeping alive the language and traditions that are unique to the art form. All our art is custom designed for each person on a consultation basis. The language of Ta Moko is used to design a unique piece of body art expressing aspects that relate to the wearer."
