iPhone 6 Release Date Rumors: September 2014 Unveiling Possible Based On Apple’s Launch Pattern But Earlier Arrival More Likely?

iPhone 6 release date rumors are now starting to rule the mobile world, after the recent arrival of the then highly-anticipated 2013 Apple smartphones, the iPhone 5S and the budget-friendly, iPhone 5C.

iPhone 6 release date will most possibly be set for 2014. Based on the launch patterns of the tech firm, there should be a new iOS smartphone to arrive next year. As posted on PC Advisor, the first generation of the widely popular iPhone came June 2007, followed by iPhone 3G on July 2008. And then, the iPhone 3GS arrived June 2009, while the iPhone 4 was released on the same month of the following year. Apple fans first saw the iPhone 4S on October 2011, the iPhone 5 on September 2012, and the most recent ones, the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5c were first revealed September 2013.

Seeing this history, the iPhone 6 release date is expected to arrive at some point around September or October 2014. However, there are also experts believing that the iPhone 6 release date may happen earlier, with some suggestions pointing to an early next year arrival of the new smartphone. Reportedly, iPhone 6 release date could be set for Spring 2014, most probably in March.

As for the iPhone 6 specs, the smartphone's screen size is one of the biggest talks of the town. Previous reports indicated that the iPhone 6 may be included in the phablet category like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, as the upcoming iOS phone is alleged to have a 6-inch screen. However, a report from Know Your Mobile, citing Peter Misek of Jeffries, said that the iPhone 6 may be equipped with an enlarged screen (but not as massive as 6 inches), with 4.8 inches. The claim was based on the analyst's recent meetings with Apple's Asian suppliers.

More news about iPhone 6 release date will definitely emerge in the following months, as the new year approaches.
