iPad Mini 2 Release Date Rumors: Q4 2013 Launching Of 2nd-Gen iOS Tablet With Retina Display To Push Through?

iPad Mini 2 release date could still be set for Q4 2013.

There were rumors that emerged suggesting that the original schedule for the iPad Mini 2 release date will be delayed. And as the final months of 2013 approaches, tech fans are still doubtful if the alleged iPad Mini 2 release date at some point at the last quarter of this year will happen.

However, as posted on International Business Times, there is a new report, which seems to confirm that the iPad Mini 2 release date set for Q4 2013 may actually be a reality. An analyst from KGI Securities, Ming-chi Kuo never revealed any details about the possible iPad Mini 2 release date. However, other experts are thinking that the 2nd-gen tablet may arrive in the market any point from November to December.

There are also news about the upgraded iPad Mini and iPad 5 grand launching set for October 22, with their market release most possibly happening as early as November 1.

But, according to Kuo, citing Apple Insider, the iPad Mini 2, expected to have Retina Display, is already a done deal, with his most recent note points suggestive that 2014 will focus on the production of iPad Mini 3.

The 7.9-inch iPad Mini 2 is believed to have a 2048 x 1536 screen resolution, an A7 processor chip, upgraded RAM from 512 MB and other more upgraded specs.

According to iPad Mini 2 release date rumors, Apple is scheduled to hold an iPad-centric event next week, particularly, on October 22. Aside from the alleged launching of the fifth-generation of iPad, as well as a refreshed version of iPad Mini, the Cupertino-based tech firm is also set to unveil its upgraded Macbook Pro and the OS X Mavericks.
