Gwen Stefani Pregnancy Rumors Escalate: Growing Baby Bump Confirms, Or Just Bulky Sweater?

Gwen Stefani has been the subject of pregnancy rumors lately.

Stefani is rumored to be pregnant with her third child, and has a baby bump.

This weekend, Gwen Stefani went to a pumpkin patch with her family and sported a growing baby bump she tried to disguise with a sweater.

Stefani went to the pumpkin patch in Lake Arrowhead, CA with husband Gavin Rossdale and sons Kingston, seven, and Zuma, five.

Apparently, a third child may be on the way soon.

Pregnancy rumours have been swirling around Gwen since back in August. Rossdale and Stefani were on vacation in the South of France and said to have been overheard discussing her status-that is, Pregnant-with-a-capital-P.

A source close to the couple said the news was a surprise.

'Gwen and Gavin were shocked. They weren't trying - it just happened. She started feeling sick a month ago, so she took a test. They're ecstatic,' a source told Perezhilton.com

 Eve also accidentally confirmed the rumor when she was asked if Stafani would be preforming with her at an upcoming event.

The rapper replied: 'Well she's preggers...she's chilling.'
