From "Good Morning America" to "Jimmy Fallon," Benedict Cumberbatch put New York into a frenzy, especially with "Sherlock" fans.

During his Jimmy Fallon appearance, the "Sherlock" star competed to see who could do the best Alan Rickman impression.

"Oh my gosh, you have some good fans out there, my friend," commented Fallon over the hordes of fans who waited in line for hours to get a chance to see the actor.

But don't worry, the Benedict Cumberbatch fans (Cumberbitches) found ways to entertain themselves with Vine videos and Instagram photos.

Currently, Benedict Cumberbatch is lighting up cinemas with "The Fifth Estate" as well as "12 Years a Slave."
