Android 4.4 Kit Kat Release Date To Be Held On The 28th? Nestlé Launches Teaser Image [UPDATED]

Like recent updates in the past, there has been lots of buzz surrounding the Android 4.4 Kit Kat release date. Aside from the fact that it will boast a number of new features and upgrades, the new Nexus phone might also have the same launch date. And in spite rumors last week pointing to a release on Tuesday, the day ended with no Google announcement.

In a new report by GSM Arena, they are looking forward to a release later this month with October 28 as the possible announcement date. 

On the other hand, Nestlé has released a new teaser image to promote the upcoming Android 4.4 Kit Kat update. In the image, the chocolated-coated Android logo is accompanied by the caption "Everybody dance now!" This just shows how close we are in the update release of the world's most popular mobile platform. 

Meanwhile, the upcoming Nexus 5 manufactured by LG is also expected to be launched a few days after Android 4.4 Kit Kat is released, if not on the same day itself.
