‘White Collar’ Season 5 News: Matt Bomer Excited For His New On-Screen Love Interest; ‘The Normal Heart’ Actor Also Talked About His Kids

It is officially confirmed that Hilarie Burton's character Sara Ellis will be ruled out from 'White Collar' Season 5. Lead actor Matt Bomer was quick to tease the fans about the arrival of a new girl in the series which could possibly be the latest love interest of Neal Caffrey.

"There is a really incredible girl who comes into Neal's life, played by the gorgeous and talented Bridget Regan. She is sort of atypical in terms of what Neal finds attractive in a woman - with the exception of the fact that she's a redhead. She's like an onion, and in every episode more peels off and Neal becomes more attracted to her," shared the 36-year-old actor.

Another challenge for Caffrey is the imprisonment of his handler and friend Peter Burke. The FBI agent has been arrested for a crime which he did not commit. It is yet unknown how Caffrey will prove his innocence.

In his recent appearance at 'Live with Kelly and Michael', Bomer talked about his craft as well as his life as a devoted father to his three children.

"We get into it, you have to be serious in our neighborhood because everyone gets into it. The kids this year are gonna be, two are them are gonna be Ninja Turtles and one is gonna be a zombie football player," revealed Bomer.

Even if his name is frequently associated with Christian's Grey role in 'Fifty Shades of Grey', Bomer did not talk about it. Instead, he divulged that he underwent a stringent diet as a preparation for his upcoming film, 'The Normal Heart'. He added that his last mean during the course of the diet was a Croughnut.

'White Collar' Season 5 will premiere on October 17 on the USA network.
