Jonas Brothers Twitter MIA Leads To Speculation of a Permanent Split; 'I Think This Is The Beginning Of The End,' Says Source

After the Jonas Brothers' Twitter account went MIA recently, speculation arose on whether the group has split for good.

A music industry insider told PEOPLE magazine that the JoBros are worse than they appear. Additionally, they all just might be planning to do their own thing.

"They are not getting along at all. It's uglier than you think," said the source. "They are each looking into solo projects. Nick and the Administration are working on another album. They are moving forward away from the Jonas Brothers. I think this is the beginning of the end."

Although the brothers are allegedly about to follow their own individual paths, another source assured that they are not giving each other the silent treatment.

"The idea that this is acrimonious is wrong," said the source. "The guys are all talking and haven't stopped talking ever."

This is all coming after the Jonas Brothers cancelled their tour dates. Their spokesman, Jesse Derris, told PEOPLE over a week ago that there is a "deep rift within the band" and that their future "remains to be seen."

Despite the Jonas Brothers account being deactivated, Nick, Joe, and Kevin all still have their individual accounts.
