‘Walking Dead’ Season 4 Spoilers: Rick Grimes May Turn This Season! Plus, The Governor Rumored To Appear On Mid-Season Finale!

After the third episode of "The Walking Dead" Season 4 things pretty much looks like hell for the main characters as one-by-one falls into a flu like symptom where they cough out blood and eventually die, as seen in the first few episodes.

On the coming episodes, we might witness more characters die due to the sickness they have. On the third episode we saw Glenn get sick and was isolated with the other survivors who were also infected inside a separate cellblock.

If Daryl, Michionne and Tyrese doesn't comeback on time while getting antibiotics from a nearby medical school, we might see a death with one of the main characters.

We also saw Hershell covered with blood after going in the flu-infected cellblock after the infected doctor coughed on the face.

Carol is no stranger on that isolated area as well as she goes in and out while taking care of the flu victims.

Robert Kirkman, creator of the show, revealed on AMC's blog site that there is a possibility that Rick Grimes might turn into a zombie after answering a fan question asking if there is a possibility of the main character's death.

"Yes, absolutely. We've been saying that no one is safe on this show, and I wouldn't rule out seeing the death of Rick Grimes at almost any point. We really like to keep people guessing, and I could definitely see some interesting stories coming from that. While Rick has been a pretty solid leader, he's definitely made his share of mistakes. I think seeing Daryl or Maggie or Glenn picking up a larger leadership role in the group could pose some interesting story possibilities," he answered.

The creator however said that even the character when they are going to die in the show as he would like to see how the actor will input his ideas of his or her death in the series.

Kirkman said on an AMC blog: "They get as much input into their death scene as any actor does in any scene. It's a back and forth, and there are a lot of discussions that go between writers and directors and actors. As far as when they find out that they're dying, usually it's a call before the script comes out. It's very late in the process. We try to be really mindful of the actor's process - we don't want an actor to play a scene differently because they know they're going to die."

The most awaited antagonist of the show, The Governor will be back.

When? Soon.

Rumors say that there was a tank in the Raleigh Studio in Georgia and a production in Fort Benning has started. We might see the Governor few episodes from now in the mid-season finale.

Spoiler Alert:

In the comics, the Governor will invade the prison where Rick and his group are situated using a group of army tanks, killing Lori and the baby in the process. After the attack, the group will move away from the prison and will find a safe campsite in Fort Benning.

Fort Benning has been mentioned in the first two seasons where Glenn and Shane told the group that going there might be wiser than going to CDC where they saw a dead end.
