Prince Harry, Girlfriend Cressida Bonas Are Getting 'Incredibly Serious' After Spending Weekend Together At Queen’s Sandringham Estate

Prince Harry and his girlfriend, Cressida Bonas, enjoyed a weekend at the Queen's Sandringham estate, signaling that Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas are becoming even more serious, and that Cressida Bonas is on her way to being approved by the royal family.

Though Cressida Bonas has visited Sandringham estate before, many are speculating that her invites to the Queen's property mean Prince Harry's girlfriend is on her way to earning "the royal seal of approval" by his family. However, neither the Queen nor the Duke of Edinburgh were present while Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas enjoyed their weekend at the estate.

Sources told The Daily Mail that fourth-in-line-to-the throne Harry is "incredibly serious" about 24-year-old Cressida.

In recent weeks the pair have been seen out on the town together on various dates, including a visit to see "The Book Of Mormon" musical and an intimate James Blunt gig.

A source told The Telegraph: "A weekend at Sandringham is almost a rite of passage for any future royal bride. Harry has an extremely demanding roles in the military and it's the perfect place for him to unwind with those he dearly wants to be around. Cressida has been given the Royal seal of approval. Of that there is no doubt."

According to The Telegraph, Kate Middleton also visited Sandringham before she married Prince William, including a trip to the estate in December 2009 - 18 months before the couple married at Westminster Abbey.

A source told the Sun newspaper about Cressida Bonas' visits to Sandringham: "The public will soon start seeing Cressida with Harry more and more often, albeit within a controlled environment. This doesn't mean it is staged, but that the Royals see her as someone they must protect. This is not some brief romance."

Set in 240 hectares of woodland, Sandringham has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs since 1862. It was built by the future King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra, The Daily Mail reports.
