However, TMZ reported that a lawsuit was filed by a furious Kanye West against Chad Hurley, YouTube founder. The said charges were on the alleged leakage of their proposal video on the internet giant site. The lawsuit entails the celebrity couple's, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, claims that Hurley violated confidentiality agreement when Hurley posted the video on MixBit.

It is quite ironic though, that Kanye West despite an unofficial ban on Hurley, allowed other press and media such as E! Entertainment Television where KUWTK is also aired.
