Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom Split Update: Reconciliation Still Possible? ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’ Star Admits They Still Love Each Other But Focusing On Parenting

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom’s split last October 25 shocked everyone. But, despite their breakup, the two continues to keep their breakup amicable.

Last Thursday, Bloom stopped by at the set of Katie and opened up to host Katie Couric about his six-year relationship with model Miranda Kerr.

In an honest interview with Katie, the “Romeo and Juliet” Broadway star revealed they share a “strong family ties” and their feelings for each other still hasn’t changed despite the breakup.

“We love each other. We’re a family. We’re going to be in each other’s lives for the rest of our lives,” the 36-year old actor admitted to Katie.

Bloom’s declaration seems to be more than a publicity stunt as the couple remains to maintain a close family relationship even in public.

Just after they confirmed their split, the two were even seen shopping for Halloween in New York together with their son.

On Saturday, the former couple was also seen strolling around Central Park also with their 2-year-old son, Flynn.

While leaving Amaranth restaurant in Manhattan, Bloom was walking arm-in-arm with former flame, Kerr. There were even photos taken were Bloom was seen giving Kerr a “friendly peck”.

Does this mean reconciliation is still possible? We can’t rule that out yet.

The two may have confirmed their separation but we can’t predict the future, right?

However, Bloom also made a statement regarding the breakup saying, “You know, life sometimes doesn't work out exactly as we plan or hope for, but fortunately, we're both adults, and we're professionals, and we love and care about each other. And we, most of all, love our son."

From Bloom’s statement, it’s quite obvious that their love for each other is still there.

While they may be separated for now, rekindling the flame is still possible considering they have a son and they are both willing to do everything to support the family.

"There's no question that, you know, for the sake of our son and everything else, we're going to support one another and love each other as parents to Flynn," Bloom added.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom confirmed their split through a rep on October 25. They were together for six years.
