iPad Mini 2 With Retina Release Date Most Likely Set For November 22 And Not On The 29th; Supply Of Apple’s Next Gen iOS Tablet Not Enough To Meet Market Demand?

According to speculations, iPad Mini 2 with Retina release date could probably happen on November 22.

On October 22, during an Apple event, the tech titan unveiled two new iPad, the iPad Air and the iPad Mini 2 with Retina. Apple also revealed that iPad Air arrival in the market will be set for November 1. However, the creator of iOS products did not specify an iPad Mini 2 with Retina release date, as Apple only said that it will hit the market "in late November."

Because of this, the mobile industry gets even more curious about the exact iPad Mini 2 with Retina release date, especially because the Cupertino-based tech company is also rumored to having supply issues for the display panels. However, despite these issues, it is highly believe that iPad Mini with Retina display release date will be slated for Friday, November 22, and not as late as November 29.

International Business Times provided three reasons why the iPad Mini 2 with Retina display release date will happen on Friday, November 22 and one of this is the fact that Apple will be in shut down through Thanksgiving. Apple usually releases new iOS devices on Fridays, as posted on IB Times, but tech enthusiasts should not expect that the iPad Mini 2 with Retina release date will be set on or after Thanksgiving on November 29. Tim Cook, the Apple CEO, wrote an email to the employees which announced that the company "will shut down with pay on November 25, 26, and 27 so our teams can have the whole week off." He further said retail, AppleCare and "a few other teams will need to work that week so we can continue to serve our customers."

Also, Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year falls on November 29 and as posted on IB Times, "if Apple opts to release the Retina iPad mini on that date, the last business day in the month, Apple may find itself overextended." Apple usually offers discounts for their devices on Black Friday and if it will offer a discounted rate for its newest iPad Mini, the market demand for the new iOS tablet may get even higher, and since there are issues about supply shortage, Apple might not be able to meet this demand.

Expect more news about iPad Mini 2 with Retina release date to surface online in the coming days.
