Kristen Stewart And Robert Pattinson’s Mushy Reunion Had To Stop As ‘Twilight’ Actress Heads To New York For A Film Project; ‘They’re Keeping A Very Low Profile,’ Says Source

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reportedly spent some idyllic time together at the Mexican holiday 'Dia De Los Muertos' in Los Angeles but the happy reunion had to stop as Stewart headed to New York for a commitment.

The 'Snow White and the Huntsman' actress will be playing a minor yet moving role in Tim Blake Nelson's independent film entitled 'Anesthesia' which revolves around a bunch of New Yorkers who have been moved by the insights of a philosophy professor. Stewart will be one of the teenagers.

"Kristen took the red eye on Nov. 2 from LA to New York with a friend. She will be in New York City for a few days filming an independent movie called Anesthesia. She has a small part. Gretchen Mol is also in the film," claims one source to Hollywood Life.

Stewart is currently filming in the University of California Los Angeles wherein a lot of excited students used their social networking sites to share about their sightings of the actress.

Last week, Pattinson and Stewart were seen having a wonderful time with their dogs, Bear and Bernie. It was previously reported that the two would use their dogs as an excuse to reunite. While the British hunk is currently being linked to model Dylan Penn, it appears that he still cares a lot about Stewart.

One insider even claims Pattinson's intent to further rekindle his romance with Stewart before he leaves this coming December for the filming of his upcoming flick 'Queen of the Desert' in Morocco.

"Kristen may even end up taking care of Bear and Bernie when he's filming. They are obviously keeping a very low profile," adds the source.

Will fans of the on-screen vampire couple have an early Christmas treat?
