Upcoming Android Phones 2013: ZTE Announces Grand S Flex In Europe, Boasts 5" Display, Dual-Core CPU, 8MP Shooter

The smartphone OS duel between Google and Apple is definitely tight, but the wars within the Android platform are surely worth noticing nevertheless. ZTE adds another entry-level troop after announcing the Grand S Flex for the European market. If you are searching for decent upcoming Android phones in 2013 while on a budget, this is certainly a contender.

The ZTE droid is packed with a 5-inch screen at 720x1280p resolution, a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2Ghz, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory. There is still no information whether it would support microSD cards or not. 

In addition, the Grand S Flex would also sport an 8-megapixel rear camera, several connectivity options including LTE, and a hefty 2,300mAh battery.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the ZTE phone will arrive in some European markets which include Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia, with further expansion in Germany, Poland and Finland later on. 

Pricing details were not immediately available.
