Zayn Malik And Perrie Edwards Wedding Will Have The Film ’27 Dresses’ As Its Peg; ‘I Realize My Wedding Is Every Journalist's Dream,’ Gushes The ‘Little Mix Singer’
Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards prove that their young age is not a hindrance in their love story. Since their engagement last August, the two cannot help but talk about their plans for their upcoming wedding.
Last October 23, Malik proudly shared how he proposed to his Little Mix singer girlfriend. The confession took place during One Direction's 'Take Me Home' tour in Sydney, Australia.
One fan asked the 1D member if he could talk about his love life. Without much hesitation, Malik revealed how he asked for his girlfriend's hand in marriage: "We were watching a film in the back garden, her mum was there, my mum was there, my two best mates were there. And yeah, she said yeah."
While no official wedding date has been confirmed yet, the lovers want to tie the knot the soonest time possible. Malik previously said that he wouldn't think twice in spending an exorbitant amount of money for their wedding ceremony.
In an interview with The Sun, Edward hints that she already found her peg for her dream wedding: "I actually wanted to have quite a small wedding, but then all the girls in my family are desperate to come and would like to be bridesmaids too. I realize my wedding is every journalist's dream. It's going to be like the movie '27 Dresses' where the bride has like a billion bridesmaids."
She likewise adds that their career commitments and hectic schedules are making it difficult for them to properly plan: "Put it this way: I don't want to be engaged for 50 years. We'll get there soon. My boyfriend doesn't really work much so he's always available to see. It's easy... Not! Zayn and I have had no time to start properly planning. The engagement kind of just happened and then we've been away from home all year."
Little Mix just released its latest album 'Salute' last November 3 whereas One Directions's 'Midnight Memories' is scheduled to be publicized on November 25.
