Heidi Montag Before And After Plastic Surgery: The Hills Star Replaces Her F-size Implants To C-size After Serious Health Issues

Heidi Montag before and after plastic surgery: The 27-year old reality star went under the knife three years ago to get size-F breast implants. She went into nine other plastic surgeries (along with her breast implants) all in one day.

The Hills star decided to reduce her F-size implants into C-size because of unbearable health issues the huge implants were causing her.

"I just wanna, like, rip them off!" Heidi Montag told ET before the reduction surgery.

On her interview with US Weekly, Heidi gladly opened up about the procedure and showed off her brand new better-looking C-cup implants.

The reality blonde star posed along seaside in Santa Barbara, Calif. Last November 1 revealing her smaller and real looking breasts, which was done in a six-hour procedure last October 4.

Prior to her procedure Heidi claimed that her F-size implants that according to her weighed "about three pounds each," were causing her to suffer a number of health problems.

"I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," the blonde bombshell tells Us of her old implants. "They felt like bowling balls on my chest."

Heidi had been suffering from as number of health problems all in account of her F-size breast implants, a ruptured disc in her neck, muscular and spinal damage to her back and numbness in her arm due to pinched nerves. Meeting with reconstructive expert Jay Orringer, finally influenced the beautiful reality star to replace her implants.

"I do regret getting the implants," she courageously admitted to ET. "...My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big. ... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."

After her reduction surgery Heidi told Us how she feels and how her new breast implants made her made her look better. "I'm the new, new, new Heidi!" she enthusiastically claims.
