The Pacers dominated the Bulls in every aspect during this game. The Chicago team faltered in the last minutes after a scorching run by Indiana capitalizing with a series of attacks by players Lance Stephenson and Luis Scola.

Paul George who scored 21 points and six rebuounds in their 97-80 win against the Rose-led team said that it is now their time to dominate the league after failing to reach the NBA finals for a while now.

"We want to step away from that shadow as the 'little brothers' of this division," George sain in an NBA.com interview. "Their success is the Michael Jordan era. This is a new age, this is a new team. It's ours till they take it."

The past few years may have been tough for the Pacers including last year where they fell one game short in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. The Pacer who received a max contract earlier in the offseason said that their team's goal this season is to win it all and that is what motivated them to do better.

"We know how big the No. 1 seed is. Come one game away and play Game 7 on the opponents' floor, where they're getting all the energy. And they just came out and played huge on their floor. That's in the back of our minds and something that's motivating us to come out and keep playing well," he said in an interview.

The Indiana Pacers are currently missing Danny Granger who is sidelined due to injury who can be a key addition when he comes back.

Analysts report that Indiana is one of the favored teams to dethrone Miami Heat with their strong start and a solid and still compact lineup following a season like last year.
