"Vampire Diaries" season 5, episode 7 has a new promo trailer and synopsis, revealing new spoilers for "Vampire Diaries" season 5, episode 7, titled "Death And The Maiden." In this episode, Stefan will make a "heartbreaking confession" to Damon and Elena.
According to The Examiner, the official synopsis for "Vampire Diaries" season 5, episode 7, reveals some teaser spoilers about the episode, and reads: "THE POWER OF DOPPLEGANGERS - While Elena and Damon try to explain Amara's situation to Stefan, Dr. Wes gives Katherine some deeply disturbing news. Nadia shows up at Caroline's dorm room, searching for Katherine. After a surprising conversation with Amara, Jeremy and Bonnie share a glimmer of hope. Silas fails to keep a promise, causing Damon to turn to Tessa for help with his new plan, and Stefan makes a heartbreaking confession to Damon and Elena."
We're wondering what this confession could be about, but we're guessing it has something to do with their intense love triangle.
Yesterday, on Nov. 7, the CW also released a new promo trailer for "The Vampire Diaries" season 5, episode 7. Check it out below. Spoiler alert: the promo trailer reveals that Stefan has fully regained all of his memories that were previously destroyed by Tessa when she fried Silas' brain so he could no longer use his mental powers. Damon is trying to find some doppleganger blood, and because he is surrounded by Elena, Katherine, Amara, Stefan and Silas, this shouldn't be a problem, The Examiner reports. But who needs the blood and why?
The promo trailer ends with Stefan declaring that Silas must die and he must be the one to do the deed. Will he be able to kill Silas, bring Bonnie back and send Amara and Tessa away forever?
According to the Hollywood Hills, Dr. Wes (guest star Rick Cosnett) is going to give Katherine some deeply disturbing news, while Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) is going to show up at Caroline's dorm room, searching for Katherine.
